Pour a small amount of the oil in the palm of your hands and rub your hands together to warm up the oil, and gently rub it into the area or areas where you have a problem with circulation. This can be repeated twice or three times a day as required.
As a massage oil, DIEM Oil will be absorbed by the skin, but it is recommended to rub the mixture until it is fully absorbed. Any excess may also be removed with a tissue.
